It was really a pleasure working with Janet Ioli as my executive coach. Janet does her homework and is very attentive. Getting to work with Janet as an executive coach was truly a call to action and a pivotal point for me. It has helped me see that I can bring my genuine self to work and still find success. Janet is a great executive coach! She has a tremendous ability to really listen, ask probing questions and reflect back what she is hearing in a way that led me to deeply explore my strengths and opportunities for development. Janet Ioli connected with me immediately when I first started working with her as my executive coach in 2009. Her body language, the sparkle in her eyes, facial expressions, and choice of words all invited me in–everything connected and I knew then and still do that I can tell her anything. I liked the way Janet responded to me: I could expect provocative questions to challenge my own assumptions and re-stating of what I said to ensure her clear understanding. Janet was instrumental in the creation, design, and implementation of our company’s “Women in Leadership” program, a 10-month developmental program for 200+ high-performing female program managers and technical and functional leads who exhibited leadership potential. We wanted to create a program for women that would: 1) help them develop confidence through increased insights into leadership strengths, vision and values; 2) reveal new possibilities and perspectives on leadership; 3) explore ways to overcome the unique challenges women face in the business world; 4) improve women’s communications and influence at all levels of the organization; and 5) build a leadership network through exposure to senior executives in the company through the program sessions, individual mentoring and guest speakers. Janet not only developed program content, but she was the lead facilitator delivering the content in the sessions. She immediately established a strong bond with the program participants (and with me). The program was a huge success because of Janet, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again.
